Job Description:
Under the Executive Clinical Director you will manage part of the Clinical Department for the organization. Facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Oversee, staffing, new development, service expansion, advocacy, parent, and community involvement. Ensure clinical, communication, quality, and service standards are maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2-3 years as a Case Supervisor
- A Masters Degree in a related field
- You must possess strong administrative and management skills
- Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methods and approached to benefit children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Expertise in approaches to intervention based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills
- Able to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus!!!
- A valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, valid car registration, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation to commute
