Job Description:

• Provide direct supervision and parent consultation for the consumer
• This includes supervising sessions, creating and implementing treatment plans, monitoring program progress and changing objectives
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Specialists/Parent Consultants
• Write progress reports, recommendations for services, consultation reports, etc.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus!!!                                                                                                                                                       

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years previous experience as an associate case supervisor
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• You must possess strong administrative and management skills
• A valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, valid car registration, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation to commute
