Behavior Functions, Inc.’s staff embodies our core values and are dedicated to going the extra miles to bring hope and support to individuals and their families. Our team is trained to decrease and manage a wide range of behavior challenges, and is trained to create hundreds of teaching opportunities designed to produce significant improvements in all areas of daily adaptive functioning. BFx team receives initial, in-office and field training and practice in ABA methods, data collection, ethical issues, and much more. Our clinical staff have also passed both written and field evaluations demonstrating their proficiency with understanding and using techniques and strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Ongoing training and performance evaluation are provided to ensure continual professional development, which in turn optimizes the effectiveness of services provided to the individual. Furthermore, our Clinical Supervisors have completed advanced competency-based trainings related to their positions.
